Great place to stay for a cycling trip in Šumava.

The house is wonderfully idyllic, located right on the water. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Apartment very modern, everything very clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, washing machine in the apartment at your leisure.... I can't describe any negative things, our stay was perfect throughout. We will be happy to come back!

It was the most peaceful and quiet accommodation I've ever experienced in an Airbnb accommodation. We came to Cesky Krumlov after sightseeing in Prague, and we stayed here for 2 nights. I was captivated by the serene lakeside walks every morning and the golden sunset every evening. Thanks to this accommodation, I wanted to come to the Czech Republic again. The newly built building, the beautiful scenery, and all the amenities were great during my stay. I was worried because there were no reviews, but we said it was our second stay. I recommend it. However, we may have been free because we rented a car. Thank you for Martin and Erica's kindness and hospitality!

We had a very nice time in Plav. Unfortunately, we did not meet Lucie personally but she was always available for our concerns. The place was super for us - a large garden where the kids could play and 100m away a swimming spot on a river with children's playground. Amenities of the house were also great. We felt very comfortable!

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved staying at Tereza’s place! It was the most beautiful location with stunning views of the river! The house was perfect for myself and my family, it was clean (smelt beautiful) and well equipped. Tereza was a perfect host, so helpful, friendly and kind! Nice apartment to spend some time on the lake.

The place looks exactly how it is described and the instructions were great. Communication with Alexandr was easy and smooth. My entire stay was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues with the place. The only drawback for me personally was that it was far away from the city centre, nearly 40 mins by tram and metro. Other than that, I would say it is a nice neighborhood.
