The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

We had a nice and relaxing Easter at Marie's wonderful apartment. We felt like at home right away as it was our second Easter that we rent the apartment. Peaceful view of the beach and sea, wonderful nature and the apartment is in top condition! Can highly recommend this home.

This place is captivating above all because of... …the wooden terrace at the back of the house. ...the property: lush, natural garden with plenty to discover (bees, seating, intricate paths, vegetables, flowers, wild herbs and so much more), surrounded by forest with a larger stream where you can walk, play or linger. ... the hosts: Olof and Lotta are very passionate, take care of their guests and like to exchange ideas with them - even the dog Lea is very enthusiastic in the host role. ... the family suitability: toys (thank you Olof!), high chair, etc. ...the location: quiet (mainly birds and harvesting machines), without being secluded. Note on the interiors: The living room gets rather little daylight, which means that it is probably quite dark there in bad weather. The WiFi was weak, but is supposed to be improved. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can well imagine coming back. 😀

The house reception from the owner was very good. After a short briefing, we received a fantastic house. The house is perfect and well stocked. The location of the house is right near the sea. The landlord was very friendly and has a lovingly furnished house. The house has a 360° terrace, so there is always a place in the sun. There is also a great little roof terrace.

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. Absolutely recommended!
