Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Studio, jacuzzi near city center

Studio ideally located, near the city center, the castle and the train station. (10 min walk). Also two minutes from a park with children's games. Close to supermarkets, bakeries and all shops. Located in a cul-de-sac, facing a wood, the accommodation is quiet with private parking in the courtyard. (7 m long) Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental. Netflix included. An outdoor Jacuzzi, 4 seats is optional at €20.

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
