We are in the “soft open” phase, during which the landscaping and mini-market are being set up.

Best option, beach and mountain weather

In a gated community with 24-hour security. More than 600 sq. meters of built area (flat), two integrated and independent house structures. We have a deck with a private pool, two leisure areas complete with a table, 5 large-screen smart TVs, fast internet, 2 barbecue grills, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, beer maker, champagne maker and master suite with a whirlpool. Close to downtown Gravatá, but at the same time it feels like we're far away. Mountain climate in winter and beach climate in summer. Pet-Friendly
