숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Es war eine super Übernachtungmöglichkeit. Gerade für einen Voraburlaub für eine Kreuzfahrt ab Civitavecchia super! Der Hafen ist von der Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Sollte jemand geräuschempfindlich sein, als Hinweis: die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig. Uns selber hat es jedoch nicht gestört. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

we had an excellent stay in this apartment prior to a cruise. Everything match the description and was even better in person. The host is very kind and responsive. We had several travel issues and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay in this place again - I highly recommend this apartment.

Stefania was so helpful, communicative and quick to respond. Her place is charming. The location is perfect. I wish we had longer to stay. (We are here for a cruise.) Close to everything we needed. If you want to explore, chill, spend time by/ in the water or people watch, a great place stay.

Der Aufenthalt bei Barbara war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist in die malerische Altstadt von Aguillara eingebettet. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen was nach zum Leben braucht. Es war traumhaft und die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

I believe communication is a big key when choosing where to stay. Federica is excellent and very quick to respond making her a great host. She lovingly cares for her flat which is very clean and well equipped. Although we only stayed one night, we appreciated the location. Several restaurants are nearby and being so close to the local market made for fun sightseeing. Staying local at Casa Dharma before a cruise is a great option.

Great Location and the best AIRBNB host. Fabrizio is by far one of my favorite host ever. We have traveled Italy, UK for the last 35 days. We were catching a transatlantic cruise home. Fabrizio, offered to pick us up at the train station and took us to the bus station for our cruise. His location is near the town central market that is open 8-2 daily, Monday thru Saturday. They have fresh bread, fish, vegetables, fruit, etc. I would move here just for the market. If you need anything, contact Fabrizio, he will take care of everything.

L'alloggio è delizioso, molto suggestivo e confortevole, con pareti in pietra e un mix di dettagli antichi e moderni. La posizione è ottima, dà su una strada silenziosa , appena si apre la porta dell'appartamento lo scorcio sulla piazza del borghetto è incantevole, a pochi passi si può trovare un bar e un alimentari. Valerio ci ha dato le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ha risposto solerte. Unico piccolo neo, la casa si fredda molto inverno e bisogna tenere il condizionatore ad alta temperatura più o meno fisso. Nel complesso esperienza molto gradevole e appagante, torneremo sicuramente!

Vi hade fyra fina dagar i Santa Marinella och i lägenheten! Den passade perfekt för oss (en familj om fyra). Baddrummet var jättefräscht och köket väl utrustat. Stefano och Margarita (föräldrar) var underbara och hjälpsamma med allt ifrån råd över sms samt utlånande av badskor 😊 I lägenheten finns det mesta för en dag på stranden (badlakan, sandleksaker, solkräm och numera ett parasoll). För er som besöker i framtiden vill jag varmt rekommendera Bumba beach, en underbar stenstrand där du kan hyra solstol och parasoll för 7 euro styck. Personalen är jättetrevlig! Det går också bra att vistats där med egen utrustning då stranden är till för allmänheten. Jättebra snorkling också! Andra tips: - Restaurang Marinara (god pizza samt olika smårätter - perfekt för oss som barnfamilj - underbar personal) - Dagstur till Cala Violina! Det tar en stund (2 h körning) men du får då uppleva en liten bit av Toscana, och stranden är underbar med en jättefin promenad i naturreservat! Tack A, S & M

Confermo quanto detto dalle precedenti recenzioni. Posizione perfetta, pieno centro e puliza ottima. Unica pecca come detto, il rumore che proviene dalla strada vicina e il materasso non proprio confortevole. Comunicazione dell'host ottima, presenza della colazione anche se non vi è scritta, molto apprezzata.

The apartment is immaculate, Nadia was very responsive and helpful and had left many helpful extras to make us feel at home (water, bottle of wine, snacks). We had difficulty ordering taxies to collect us, but that may have been our taxi app, so we ended up walking in and out of town, which needed to be factored into our planning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

L'alloggio di Gianluca e Alessandra è veramente un gioiello. Spazioso, ben attrezzato e pulitissimo, come fosse stato ristrutturato da pochi giorni!! Tutto è stato studiato nei dettagli affinché il soggiorno sia piacevole. Ogni stanza è congegnata in modo da offrire tutti i comfort che posso servire per soggiorno anche di lunga durata. La posizione dell'alloggio è strategica e in una zona molto tranquilla in cui si trovano trattorie, supermercati e negozi di artigianato. Gianluca ci accolti di persona e da subito ha dimostrato di essere un host accogliente e molto disponibile, tanto che l'impressione è stata quella di aver trascorso alcuni giorni a casa di amici.

Pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę wspaniałym doświadczeniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem był wzorowy - szybkie odpowiedzi, uprzejmość i pomoc na każdym etapie sprawiły, że czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani. Mieszkanie było duże, przestronne i nieskazitelnie czyste, co od razu zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. Dodatkowo z balkonu i tarasu roztaczał się piekny widok, który codziennie zachwycał nas na nowo. Sama okolica również była przepiękna - spokojna, zielona i idealna na spacery. Serdecznie polecam ten apartament wszystkim, którzy szukają komfortowego i niezapomnianego miejsca na wypoczynek!

Das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten von dem Motodrom Vallelunga entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr neu ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man benötigt - tolle Küche, Klimaanlage und vieles mehr - Parkplatz gratis am Gelände. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out super easy. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten Mal in ihrem Appartement und können es nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Rennbahn in Vallelunga eine Veranstaltung hat. Gerne wieder!

Die U terkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir kamen ein bisschen später an als gedacht und Flavio war sehr flexibel und ist dann auf die abgemachte Zeit mit den Schlüsseln gekommen und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man zum kochen, schlafen etc. Braucht. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Altstadt sowie der Bahbhof Bracciano ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und innerhalb einer Stunde kommt man mit dem Zug nach Rom. Als die Stadt kurzfristig einen Wasserunterbruch angesagt hat, hat uns Flavio informiert und abends sogar noch einen Kanister vorbeigebracht was sehr lieb war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder :).

Traveling with two children and a small dog and this stay was perfect. Our host was amazing and provided several local restaurant recommendations. They even provided travel tips so we could take the train in the next town over to Rome for a day trip. The stay was cozy and just a described with lots of space. For all the "Everybody Loves Raymond" fans this stay is perfect to walk the private town from the Tv series. We were able to find all the scenes with ease and then enjoy the local restaurants just around the corner from our stay. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and after a long day head upstairs and enjoy the balcony lakeside views!

Ottimo appartamento gestito da Mauro, che è un host davvero super! La località di Castel'Azzara è immersa nel verde, nella maremma e domina dalla sua altezza le colline circostanti. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti da borghi più turistici, arredato in maniera perfetta e offre tutto quello che serve. Mauro è un proprietario eccellente, prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti e molto cordiale. Stra consigliato!

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.
