Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Adriana was a great host and very responsive with helpful information too. The most generous host we have encountered in Spain or Portugal with breakfast supplies, and other extras. the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The nearest metro was 15 mins walk and a large supermarket Alcampo on the way plus a smaller Dia store down the road. The high grass hills over the road are popular for sunsets with fantastic views over Madrid. Instructions on using the hotplates are in the drawer below if needed.

Carmen's apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spaces are just right and clean. Carmen was always available and responsive to some small difficulties we had. The apartment is close to a Metro stop thanks to which all areas of Madrid were easily accessible.

Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Betty was very quick to respond and very friendly. A friend who arrived early in Madrid was able to enter the apartment earlier than expected without any problem. She was very attentive to our arrival and available for any questions. The host left us instructions and good recommendations for places to eat in the area, as well as directions to a supermarket, etc. The area is very quiet. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you Betty!!
