Sunny room with big window and traditional furniture. Located upstairs, you'll have a nice view on the surrounding transylvanian rooftops and the yard.
“The perfect place to stay when visiting Viscri! Bogdan is such a good host, always trying to make sure everything is perfect. The room was very clean , with such a bright light entering , exactly as in the pictures. We really felt as home and we will come back for sure. Bogdan has a big exterior yard with lots of plants and we really recommend his homemade breakfast with fresh local products every morning. We enjoyed a lot this trip!”
Once upon a time, in a place far far away, there was a small village where time stood still, a village with a name like the song of the crickets, with a white fortress on a hill, friendly peasants, 300 cows, horses and too many sheep to count. The place of our story is Viscri and here, right in the heart of the village is a four window house facing the sun each morning. You'll find us, here, at Viscri 32 with 2 carefully restored rooms and a nice porch. Both rooms are also available separately.
“We spent 3 days at the property and everything was much better than expected! The place is super cute and stylish, Alexu and Mara were very friendly, accommodated our requests super fast and without any issues, they were very flexible. We got loads of tips about what to do around from Alexu :) and ended up finding local gems. You must make a reservation and eat at their restaurant, the Barn, because the food is extraordinary! We plan on going back for sure!”
Our full-size apartment is located in a quiet area that is surrounded by forest, about 5 minutes drive from the town centre. If you love fresh air, listening to birds chirping while enjoying a splendid forest view, then this is the perfect place for you. In case you need fresh water, we have a clean water spring at the base of the forest right next to the building.
“My stay in Lucian’s flat is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with my three years of continual traveling and staying thirty days or more in Airbnbs. Three or four flats out the twenty-five or more locations I’ve staid in stand out in my memory. Each of them had a combination of warmth, originality, and comfortable decor, as well as a gracious host that goes beyond the ordinary. Lucian is one of those hosts and his flat is one of those places. The location is close to supermarkets, local shops and a short walk into the old town. The bed and the furniture are comfortable. There’s lots of hot water and there’s a forest with fresh air outside the balcony. I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Sighisoara. Thanks, Lucian.”
