The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Stuga om 2 rum och kök från 1800-talet, nyrenoverad i gammal stil med nytt kök med diskmaskin och helkaklat badrum med dusch, handfat och toalett. Varmvatten. Stugan ligger på en kulle med sjöutsikt från verandan och de två rummen. Verandan har förmiddagssol och uteplatsen har eftermiddags- och kvällssol. Grill. Vardagsrummet har öppen spis. Vedeldad bastu privat vid sjön kan hyras, likaså roddbåt. Möjlighet till vandring, fiske, bär- och svampplockning. Vackert gammalt kulturlandskap.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Slappna av och njut i detta unika och relativt nybyggda boende (2023) vid vägs ände i skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur och detta hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats.

Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.
