You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! Welcome! The "Casa Carina" is on the second floor of a period building in the Piazza Goldoni area, 8 minutes from Piazza Unità and 10 minutes from the Station. Newly renovated, it consists of an entrance, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. No events. Linens and essentials are provided for a first refreshment. Below the house are: restaurants, a covered general market, bus stops, cafes, typical shops, and supermarkets.
