After arriving in Palas, you don't feel like leaving. The house is a discreet retreat in an almost abandoned village. The last few kilometers are on a dirt road but accessible to all cars. If you're looking for resorts, don't book. If you are looking for true silence and nature, this is the place. There are exceptional trails to explore, to the Rabaçal River or through the mountains.
