Guest house on a farm with lake property

Welcome to stay at our farmhouse! Take an evening swim in the lake, a SUP trip or enjoy a cup of coffee on your own balcony with the company of the sheep (seasonal). Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a stove in the cottage.

Renovated farmhouse, 40 sqm, with proximity to Hjälmaren, 300 m. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Living room/bedroom with 2 beds + sofa bed. Access to grill & patio by the waterfall that runs through the plot. 1 km to Läppe Camping & Hjälmargården with nice swimming areas, 10 km to Vingåker with 18-hole golf course and Vingåkers Factory Outlet. Store 900 m open 5 am - 11 pm every day. Note: Swedish bank ID, unmanned. Rowboat is available in Rudsjön to borrow. Pet-free and smoke-free. Cleaning is not included.

The accommodation consists of an old soldier's cottage, where the main building consists of a kitchen/dining room and living room on the ground floor and on the upper floor 2 bedrooms with a bed in each room and a living room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a guest house consisting of a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a sofa bed with 1-2 beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the guest house, there is also access to a washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

After 700 meters on a private small forest road, this peaceful house appears with both a guest house and sauna. The location is completely undisturbed. Let the weather decide whether meals are eaten on the balcony or in the heated outdoor room. Or in the house in front of the fire in the stove. Kolmården är 1 tim bort. 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar+ sängar för 2 barn i förälders rum. Lakan ingår.
