Rent our white little cozy & idyllic house on Båtsmansbacken, which is set in Astrid Lindgren's fairy tales & is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Vimmerby. Take the family to Astrid Lindgren's World, which is within walking distance. Suitable for a family with 2 adults & 2-3 children, then it feels cramped. 2 families are not recommended. Cozy patio with outdoor furniture where there are barbecue facilities Close to everything! Located right in the center of Vimmerby but still on a quiet and cozy courtyard. Cleaning is done by the guest Wi-Fi is available.

Inside the beautiful forest

You will find our cozy farmhouse, which is located between Kisa and Österbymo in Östergötland. If you like peace and quiet and also appreciate being close to forests, nature and lakes, then this accommodation is something for you. Experience the birdsong, hike on the adjacent hiking trail or just go straight out into the forest and pick berries and mushrooms, the choice is yours. The house is high, so you can see the sun from morning till night. About 300 meters from the house, there is a pond, where you can swim, fish or just row with the rowing boat.

Welcome to rent a nice house at Jakobsgården in the village Hökhult just outside Horn. By car, the house is about 10 minutes from the nearest grocery store and about 40 minutes from Vimmerby, where Astrid Lindgren's World is available to visit. Proximity to swimming areas in Horn and Hycklinge. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms with 5 beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room with 2 beds. On the farm, there are goats, cows, ducks and cats. When the animals need to be taken care of, we will be nearby but not at the house.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Välkomna att komma och bo i vårt hus i Vimmerby. I ett barnvänligt bostadsområde med skogen precis bakom huset. Med gångavstånd till både Astrid Lindgrens Värld (1,5 km) och centrum (2 km). Väljer man att ta bilen så är det inte många minuter alls. Vårt hus har tre sovrum med totalt 8 sängplatser. Full utrustat kök, egen altan med morgonsol och gräsmatta att springa av sig på.
