Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Trendy and lively area, you will find bars and restaurants at the foot of the building. The breathtaking view of the square and the center of Brussels allows you to see the Town Hall's bell tower.

Cozy duplex in a good location.

This pleasant duplex is located a stone's throw from the Basilica, on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator. It offers the comforts necessary for a good stay (new bedding, Wi-Fi, Netflix, desk, etc.). Several shops (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants) are located close by. The city center is 15 minutes by public transport (easily accessible from the apartment) and 10 minutes by car (easy parking in the neighborhood).

You can take the metro four metro stops to Brussels Central, to visit the magnificent Grand Place and taste the chocolate and beer. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
