This is apartment can easily house 5-6 guests- we were 4 with our daughter visiting for one night from paris. The bedrooms are not large but they all have excellent windows that can open in 2 directions and individual heaters in each room and bathroom. The common area is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay- we were working in the area, in and out visiting wineries and restaurants and this was quite a good location. Aurelie was always responsive and helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay. Literally overlooking two champagne houses, the balcony is the selling point. Amazing place for a couple of night. Plenty of high quality towels, great quality linen. Check-in/check-out was very flexible. I will hopefully be back.

Merci Aurélien ! Nous avons passé une très belle nuit dans cette adorable roulotte nichée au fond des bois, un véritable petit coin de tranquillité. L'endroit est cosy, joliment décoré, insonorisé, avec une literie très confortable et un éclairage doux qui crée une atmosphère apaisante. Nous avons adoré profiter de la terrasse pour admirer le coucher de soleil à travers les grandes fenêtres. Le tout est très propre, bien équipé, même d'une enceinte bluetooth, et même la baignoire a ajouté un petit plus à notre séjour. Sans oublier les biquettes, aussi accueillantes que le lieu lui-même ! We hebben het heerlijk gehad in Baye. Louis reageerde meteen, maakte ons graag wegwijs, ontving ons met een zelfgemaakt glaasje ratafia en bood dagelijks aan de open haard voor ons aan te maken. Ook de grote hoeveelheid handdoeken was heel prettig, net als de flexibele vertrektijd. De omgeving van Baye is prachtig en rustig, dus doe goed boodschappen in Sézanne of Epernay. We komen graag terug om de Champagne verder te ontdekken!

This is a great and very special place to stay. We had rented he whole farmhouse for 4 families and had a great time over new year. There is lots of space and it is a stand-alone building in the countryside, but shops/bakeries etc are only a few minutes by car in the next village(s). Overall a great stay, with very responsive and friendly hosts.

Nous avons passé un excellent Week end de fêtes de Noël en famille. 10 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 bébé. La température extérieure étant au dessous de zéro degré, il y a eu un petit soucis avec le chauffage mais Eléonore a été très réactive et nous a permis de nous réchauffer rapidement. La maison est pleine de charme et chaque pièce est décorée avec beaucoup de goût dans un esprit vintage. Le jardin est magnifique, même si nous n'avons pu en profiter vu la température hivernale mais on a pu imaginer ce même séjour en été, peut être y reviendrons nous....

Marie-Paule et son mari ont été des hôtes incroyables, leur maison de famille rénovée est sublime et bien au dessus de très nombreux boutiques hôtels de luxe. Nous nous sommes sentis si bien accueillis et comme à la maison, le week-end n’était pas assez long. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment à prendre, nous reviendront entres amis ou en famille c’est sûr! Une magnifique rencontre et un séjour encore plus incroyable, merci 🙏🏻

3rd time I’ve stayed here and I wouldn’t return if it wasn’t great. Stayed this time just before Christmas and they had even decorated the place with lights and garland. Very comfortable and quiet stay!
