You can enjoy a superb garden of 8000m2 , with heated swimming pool of 6X12 and its fully equipped summer kitchen (in summer period), a pétanque field, the hammock corner facing the forest and the fields, barbecue and very large table for family dinners. The house is 10 minutes from the castle of Saint-Fargeau, 20 minutes from the castle of Guedelon and the very pretty market of Toucy.

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
