Great place to stay. The only downside is that there is a wardrobe or drop-off options for clothes in the apartment.

Everything was great, I recommend it

Very pleasant stay in this accommodation, located in a peaceful and renovated area of the Lille metropolis on the banks of Deûle, in the city of Marquette. The apartment is very clean and warm, and has a balcony with a beautiful view on the edge of Deûle on the seventh floor of a new building. The place is well insulated and we didn't have any noise or temperature issues. A numbered location was included for our vehicle in a large private car park at the foot of the residences. Also, a large "game bar" type bistro recently opened at the foot of the neighboring building, 30 meters from the entrance. A little further, 200 meters away is a convenience store for small errands. We appreciated the communication with our host Stéphanie who was proactive, concise and caring when it came to informing us about minor details not mentioned and the access instructions. It's a good value and I'll keep a good memory of it

Great flat extremely quiet and close to all places of interest. Plenty of room to relax together and the kitchen was very well equipped. Comfy beds and bedding and very friendly welcome. I would definitely recommend this lovely flat as a comfortable base for exploring Lille.

We didn't stay very long because we had a train at 7am. But very good accommodation! The kitchen is very well-equipped, nickel cleanliness, good bedding and little attention. Thanks to Malika for her responsiveness by msg and the accuracy too. We will be back.

Perfect stay, very clean accommodation, the fact that it is in a senior residence allows easy access at any time of the day or night + breakfast served in the room in the morning. Easy to park for free across the street. Fluid communication. Perfect, thank you so much!

The apartment was exactly as described, even better in real life. A beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the canal, peaceful place. The apartment is very large, clean. Located 5 minutes from the center of old Lille. Catherine is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

I had a great time with my daughter and granddaughter. The accommodation is totally suitable for families with small children. The umbrella bed, the changing table, the small bathtub and especially all the toys available made us feel at home. Cleanliness is exemplary and access to the residence is secured with a private parking space. Our two cats were also able to enjoy a week of vacation with us and we love it! I highly recommend it. Thanks again to Bastien and Damien for their excellent hosting.

There was so much violence and racial hatred going on in France and England (arson attacks on rail network in France, far-right riots in England) and yet this abode offered a cocooning environment from the storm. Calm and serene. I met an African brother in Charles.

Whether it's communication (upstream and on site)the welcome (smiling, kind ) the calm (remote place to the street, no noise), the accommodation (very clean, classy, clean, retro, comfortable, cozy, everything you need, everything is thought out in every detail...). We had a great time. Everything matched the listing. I recommend it and would definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Such a brilliant location to stay in to enjoy Lille. The car parking space was such a bonus. The city is within easy walking distance with lots to look at on the way. We didn't use public transport as the weather was nice enough to walk everywhere although buses were easy to access. We didn't find much information in English in the apartment or in the Tourist Office and wished we'd done more research before arriving, especially as we'd not noticed that the apartment didn't have wifi which made it harder to do our own research in the flat. Lille had a lot to offer and we're already talking about returning!

Value for money ok Extremely clean apartment, with a very good smell when we returned. Maybe it was just missing: toilet paper. We only had half a roll for the weekend. Apart from this small detail everything was great

We recently stayed in this very central and peaceful apartment for a family holiday. Lei Lei was very helpful with the information she gave us, and was open to contact between us. The apartment was incredibly airy and open, and we were lucky with a very sunny weekend that gave us the chance to visit the wonderful city that is Ieper/Ypres and West Flanders. It was nice to have an outdoor space too in which to relax. The directions to the apartment did mean that you needed to understand the one way system if driving, (suggest if driving you approach from the south as the one way system does not match googlemaps), but the off street parking was brilliant and such a great selling point. The cloth hall and the In Flanders Fields exhibition was about five minutes walk away. We hope that Lei Lei continues to enjoy hosting many guests in Ieper/Ypres, as this is a perfect venue to do so.
