Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Alexander fue simplemente excelente. Desde el primer momento, su amabilidad y claridad con la información hicieron que todo el proceso fuera muy fácil. El lugar es espectacular, con una ubicación inmejorable y todos los servicios tal como se anuncian. Además, Alexander siempre estuvo disponible cuando lo necesitamos y nos brindó información con mucha disposición y cordialidad. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Si bien el apartamento es muy bello, bien cuidado y con un ambiente muy familiar, además cuenta con todos los elementos para poder preparar alimentos y tener una estancia muy placentera. Lo que más me agradó fue la calidad en el trato por parte de Angélica como anfitriona, pues me considero una persona supremamente demandante en el ámbito de la experiencia con el cliente y ella satisfizo todas mis necesidades, pues es evidente su compromiso para que nosotros, como huéspedes o visitantes, nos sintamos lo más bien acogidos y respaldados durante toda nuestra estancia. Definitivamente, mi experiencia fue muy positiva y la recomiendo altamente.

Had a great stay at this apt. Very beautiful and modern look. Located in a very safe place and had no issues at all at anytime. Will stay here again for sure in the future. Very much recommended.

Don Heriberto ea un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y atento a las necesidades del huésped, definitivamente cuando vuelva a Villavicencio me hospedaría de nuevo en el mismo lugar.

Estuve 4 días con mi familia y el sitio es muy agradable, el condominio es muy bonito y organizado al igual que las zonas sociales. El apartamento es cómodo, tiene lo necesario para una buena experiencia, todo funciona adecuadamente. Los anfitriones son muy amables, generaron un buen acompañamiento y están dispuestos a ayudar. Súper recomendado!
