For nature lovers, 2km of ski resort and Mont-Dore, breathtaking views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (wide sliding bay on terrace). Renovated in 2019 integrated kitchen, lounge with closed fireplace, lounge with fireplace. In self-management, cleaning to be done on departure if not to be booked at the concierge. 5 people max.

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it.
