Cozy and delightful chalet nestled in the woods of I Cerri, from which you can see a fantastic view of the Highlands of the Rocche and the mountains of the Sirente-Velino Regional Park. The apartment consists of two levels: on the ground floor a large and bright open-space with kitchen, sofa, fireplace and large window with access to the balcony; on the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Parking is free inside the lot where the building is located.

Fontecchio is a small medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet Aterno river valley.

In this period of pandemic, a small, newly built apartment, totally independent and surrounded by greenery, is certainly an excellent solution to spend a few days relaxing in complete safety. The Campo Felice ski slopes can be reached in about half an hour, while those of Campo Imperatore take a few more minutes.
