A BEAUTIFUL view of Taormina and mount Etna. The place was lovely, with amazing views and a nice open kitchen/living room. Both the kitchen and bedroom had doors out to the patio which was stunning. My only note is that it’s kind of located in a “no man’s land” of food/groceries and takes some serious hill climbing to get to each. But that’s also just part of Taormina and we expected it, so it was no problem for us.

This place is super clean and cozy, with a terrific view of both the Etna volcano and the seashore. You could have both shimmering dots along the coast and the flaming mountain summit - if you're lucky enough. The supermarket is easy to reach and the airbnb is close to the city center. Chiara is super reliable and responds quickly. Angela is super nice as well. I would definitely recommend this house to you!

It was a cozy and modern space where the host felt a lot of affection for the accommodation! Paolo was a really super kind person: (We arrived on the night train and arrived quite early, but right before the people met us before they even checked out, and they helped us check in after that: (They were so kind and thankful that we were so sorry. Roberto welcomed us very warmly, the house is very clean and cozy and there is a great restaurant nearby, there is a church near the house with a very beautiful view, highly recommended, if I return to Sicily next time, I will choose to stay in this house again!

We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend. Paola was very responsive from the moment we made the booking. She also assisted with restaurant recommendations. Her father - who stays just below - was incredibly helpful and friendly! He offered us some home made sweets which is part of their cultural celebration of Easter and made us feel at home and welcome.

I would recommend this place, we were very well received by Manuel who even helped me with my suitcase. The accommodation matches the photos, very clean, well decorated and equipped. It is perfect for 2 and is ideally located: close to a supermarket and 5 min walk to the main street of Taormina, while being in a quiet area.

It's an amazing village! And Cesare is a great host! The arancini at 20m are super good, the bar is typical and friendly, and there are very nice walks all around. My only regrets: not staying longer, and not speaking Italian well to be able to communicate with the inhabitants of the village who are very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Italian country house in Gerace! The house is very well maintained, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed. The surroundings, with olive trees all around, are absolutely dreamy – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Mariagrazia and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and their tips for restaurants and local spots were truly great. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this place – and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Manuela's place! The house is fantastically beautifully decorated and the garden is simply breathtaking – including unforgettable views of Mount Etna, which we were even able to experience in action. The surrounding area also offers great excursion possibilities: we especially loved the beach on Isola Bella with the cable car ride to Taormina as well as our day at the Alcantara Gorge. Manuela surprised us with loving attentions such as oranges and small Easter nests, which immediately made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay at the appartement. We really enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the nature all around. We even got nice fresh fruits out of the garden!

This is my second time to stay here and I truly love it. Graziella and Alessandro are the perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome. They respond swiftly to all communication. We very much appreciated the bowl of lemons and white wine! Thank you both. The views are amazing and the balcony is the spot to be for the beautiful sunrises and breakfast. The walk up is steep but as others say, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to others.

Such a special place! We enjoyed the terrace with the breathtaking view, the calm, the nature, the fireplace and special atmosphere so much that we consider going there again. If you are looking for a calm sanctuary where to load up your energies, this is the place to go. Salvatore was always super helpful with super fast replies and we picked up some of his recommendations about what to do in Calabria. Really good place also for more people, even if we were only two.

Great apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect beach location. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Maria is a great host, making you feel very welcome ready for your Sicilian adventure.

Friendly host, great location, great stay.

We had a great time (5 days) at Giovanni's. The apartment and the private garden are superb, practical and fresh. While it must be admitted that the immediate surroundings (town and local beach) are of no interest, Giovanni's apartment is ideally located for visiting and exploring the region (Taormina, Etna, Naxos, Catania, the Alcantara Gorges.........) with a lot of pleasure to return to the apartment in the evening and dine in this beautiful garden. Thanks to Giovanni for hosting us and for his kindness.

Casa Lionessa, the location and the communication with Chiara was above my expectations. The view from of the bay and Mt Etna from the sunny terrace both day and night was spectacular and being across the road from the gorgeous park and moments from restaurants, bars and the Bam Bar made this an ideal romantic holiday location. The support I received from Chiara when my lugguage was lost by the airline was amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Loredana and Antonio are exceptional hosts. They made us feel welcome immediately. We had a little difficulty with our Satnav but after contacting Loredana, they drove to us and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean which is always important to us. It has a great balcony accessed from the kitchen and bedrooms. We would have no hesitation in recommending their apartment to others.

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, and spacious accommodation that feels isolated but is right next to everything you need to see in Taormina then you found the spot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sicilian coastline and neighboring Calabria. Beautiful pool, gardens, and easy access to the Main Street of Taormina. The place was stocked with supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, some food, and a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend for a first time visit to the area!

We came from Savoy as a family. The accommodation was spacious beyond our expectations with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The area is peaceful and quiet and has all the necessary amenities. There was even a ping pong table. The hosts were very helpful and available for any request. We had a good exchange, they were even very attentive to us after 11 p.m.! Sincerely, very very far from disappointed, it's a nice and beautiful family. Pleasantly surprised, we'll be back.
