At 5 km you will find Chieti and the civil hospital. The entrance to the highways and the highway to Pescara are 2/3 km away and from the house you can admire the peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Maielletta. The place is dominated by tranquility and at the same time the proximity to all the essential services.
