This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Her place, specifically, was very comfortable and well-organized - I would definitely visit again! Thank you, Anne!

It’s a nice place with an amazing location. You can easily get go to multiple touristic places and walk around in a safe area. The apartment is big enough for a big group, and equipped with all the amenities you need.

It's a beautiful and centrally located apartment, perfect for a short or long stay. Communication with Jorge is always very fast. Very good amenities. The kitchen had everything you need. My family and I had a very pleasant stay. We definitely have to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very safe and in walking distance/Uber ride to everything you need. The place was so clean, the beds were super comfortable and communication was easy and straight forward. We would definitely stay here again if back in the city

The location is **unbeatable**: just a few blocks away there are **delicious restaurants, charming cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets**, all at your fingertips! Very nice and comfortable stay in a quiet part of town. The place is clean and has everything you need for your star. It is quite distanced however from main attractions, restaurants etc which means at least a 10-15 min walk anywhere. The restroom is also not attached to the bedroom which means you have to walk quite a bit to get there. Thanks Kendra for the nice stay!

It was exactly what we needed. I booked something late and as host Benjamin was perfect, very fast and super attentive. The condominium is very safe and the Airbnb had everything we needed. I would stay with Benjamin again anytime knowing we are with one of the best hosts out there.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, but it was the breathtaking views that are unmatched. THE PLACE IS THE SAME AS IN THE PHOTOS, VERY BEAUTIFUL SPACE. WE JUST DIDN'T HAVE WATER FOR ONE DAY, BUT WE SOLVED IT. IN THE END, AT ABOUT 5 PM, THE WATER RETURNED AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THE AREA IS QUIET AND VERY CENTRAL. I RECOMMEND IT.

We were very lucky to find this place available for Holy Week. A beautiful studio equipped with everything you need. Super comfortable, clean, modern and above all close to many restaurants, shopping malls and the airport. It's also easily accessible for UBER. 24/7 security. We hope to return soon.
