No complaints! One of the first things I look for in a Airbnb, is a view. This top floor apartment definitely has just that. There is a floor above but it’s more of a observation deck, nobody lives above you) the sweeping views of the Venezuelan mountain range in the distance was what made this trip memorable for me, the air conditioning in the main living room was effective and I’d often wake up early just to catch the first rays of sunshine climbing over the border line between Colombia and Venezuela. Coffee in hand, sitting in the most comfortable chair I’ve sat in, the quietness of cucuta from seven stories above, it was a great place to have that “vacation moment” early in the morning. That kind of “aha” moment when you can see the big picture, detach and think on life with peace and accuracy. 100/100 Well done. I hope to return

This is a great place to stay in Cúcuta. It has hot water and filtered water from the fridge which is awesome and uncommon in the city. I would recommend :)

The place is very comfortable, complete for a family stay. The building has children's playground and a good size pool. The only thing is that weekends there are clubs nearby with very loud music. However, it did not affect our experience. Grateful and very happy with my stay
