The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
