The space is in the back, the house that appears in the front is to facilitate the location of the place through the facade. It has a separate bedroom, bathroom and garage, with total privacy. Easy location, near BR 290 (about 200 meters) on the secondary cloverleaf interchange (Hotel San Isidro). The facilities and furniture are brand new. The room has a double bed and a single mattress on the floor, plus a sofa bed outside the room, as the photos show, totaling up to five seats.

I rent an entire house with 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra single mattress with bedding. I only offer 1 bedroom because the other one does not have air conditioning and is closed with some unnecessary furniture for use during the stay. It has a television with Netflix, a portable fan, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a stove and an electric oven, pots and dishes. Daily rate for 2 people with additional fee per person and additional pet fee of 50.00.
