Kvammen, 30min drive from Sandstad. 25 minutes to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that is upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is located 100 meters from the sea, short distance to fishing water and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wifi.

Hiking opportunities in the area are close to endless. Renting a rowboat is agreed at least 1 week BEFORE check-in, to boat experts (only summer). Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails nearby is one coastal fort from World War II which has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas as well as a small zipline for children and youth. Lesund is located in the middle between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Perfect for fishing, relaxing and hiking. Pick up your own dinner on the sea or dock, enjoy this one with great views and fresh sea air. Peaceful and relaxing area with large garden. Enjoy the magical birdsong and silence. Bikes can be rented, nice hiking trails in the area. Bedding and towels are included. 2 hours from Trondheim. Welcome!

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. The cabin was completed in 2024 with water-borne heating and fireplace. The cabin is located on a plot of 20 acres all for itself, just a stone's throw from the sea. Dock next door as well as own beach for swimming and fishing. Unique hiking opportunities nearby with Smøla and Tusna. An hour drive to Kristiansund, 20 min. drive to Aure city center, 2 minutes drive to the nearest Coop shop. Walking distance to zipline, playground, football field and frisbee golf.

This is an amazing place where you really find the silence and connect with nature. The house has a fantastic location with an incredibly great view that can be enjoyed for hours 😊 Linda responds quickly and provides all the necessary info on an ongoing basis. Super host and super communication. The house is well equipped and modern with associated good beds. This is a place where you really can currency for your money! Would love to come again and use this as a base for the next Smøla stay 😃

Super equipped house with beautiful view of the fjord. We had a great week at Kjetil's house, the amenities are hard to beat, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen with amenities at the best, and the wifi strong. From the cozy sofa you have a fantastic view of the fjord and the mountains and waterfalls. We found tons of chanterelles and blueberries and plenty of pollack. There are also plenty of raspberries around the house. A good supermarket is within a short drive. Kjetil was always approachable and responded quickly and helpful.

Modern and very nice cabin! Well equipped. Great view of the fjord and very good sun conditions. Spacious outdoor areas with terrace and lawn. Short way down to the sea. We were very happy with the cabin, the location and the hosting. Recommended!
