Complete with a full bath & shared with 20+ goats, 2 ponies, and other farm animals, you're sure to have a memorable stay (the animals have their own space). There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

This unique place has a style all its own. Recently updated, the Blue Maiden was built in 1880 as a home to the servants who worked in the mansions prevalent in Farrington's Grove. She is 1.4 miles from downtown and ISU campus, between two hospitals, and convenient to St. Mary of the Woods College, IVY Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

Charming Modern Farmhouse Retreat

The place was beautiful, just like the photos. The towels were thick and fluffy, the bedding was soft and warm, the shower and bath were luxurious. The whole house smelled like fresh linen. Had choice of appliances in the kitchen. Nice oven and roomy refrigerator. Plenty of room for 2 people. I would only caution the stairs to the basement can be somewhat challenging, and you might have to duck. I would have loved to use the backyard area if it was warmer. The car port was nice to have when the rain and the snow started. I'm a fan of Meijer; it was close and one of the nicer Meijer's I have seen. Even when they got ransacked with people preparing for the winter storm, the checkouts were fast. Plenty of the old reliable fast-food restaurant nearby. If you are a fan of cats, the local cats might say hi to you too. You are right next to the neighbors, but I had no idea they were there. If I can, I would stay there again.

My stay at Sandra’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. Sandra was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I especially appreciated the cozy living space and comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay while in Indianapolis area.

Staying here was excellent! We were in town for Special Olympics at ISU and getting back and forth was so easy. It was so nice to have a clean, peaceful place to come back each day after spending the day at the track. Amber was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival, but once we were there everything was exactly as described so we had no further questions. Thanks for such an awesome place! We plan to be back!
