It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (extra 20 euros if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Baby cot and changing table available.
