The condo was beautiful with an amazing view of Mont Saint Anne. The place was very clean, and very spacious. We loved our stay and highly recommend. The bed was very comfortable and there was everything we needed for our stay. Definetly a gem.

Maxine's place was great for our long weekend in Quebec! Getting into the secured parking garage and apartment was made quite easy with the clear instructions (with photos!) that Maxine sent. The neighborhood suited our needs with a couple of solid restaurants/breweries, a supermarket around the corner, and some green space within walking distance for our dog. The apartment is also within a ~20 minute (mostly uphill) walk or a short drive to Old Quebec, which was great for us. We did not use the gym, but the rooftop terrace was great for a nightcap with the sunset. Would definitely recommend staying at Maxine's apartment for your visit to Quebec City!

My husband and I stayed for two nights. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Any questions we had were answered right away. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again. I wish I had found this place sooner.

It was my first time in Quebec, and I would definitely recommend Josée’s place! It’s conveniently located near a bus stop, grocery store, and pharmacy. The apartment had everything we needed—complete toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and even laundry facilities with detergent provided. P.S. As a heavy coffee drinker, I really appreciated the Keurig—pretty sure I almost finished all her pods!

Bonjour, Logement très agréable et très propre. Le quartier est sympa mais la nuit, il y a beaucoup de personnes itinérantes et cela ne rassure pas trop si vous rentrez tard.

Appartement agréable et spacieux dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. La boulangerie au rez de chaussée devrait ouvrir prochainement ce sera super. Place de parking au sous-sol de l’immeuble bien sécurisé. Tous commerces à proximité.

Great place - clean, responsive host. Accurately described amenities. Parking was the one downside; spots (paid or not) are limited downtown, and many one-way streets around the apartment made it difficult to drive around and search, as someone unfamiliar with the area. I recommend arriving early as possible to avoid rush hour/dinner traffic and be quick to grab a spot behind the building, if the opportunity arises!

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

We had a great stay! The location was easy to find and near a grocery store and great coffee shop. We walked into Old Quebec which was a 20-25 min walk. Only complaint was that the mattresses were not as firm as we prefer, but we loved everything else about the stay. The rooftop pool and lounge was a nice bonus, and as we rented a car to visit Montmorency Falls, the free parking was a plus.

A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Many, many amenities, including comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, clean towels, and, in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, an air-fryer...

Beautiful apartment in convenient area of Quebec City! The apartment is clean, spacious, and well laid out, with everything you would need for your stay. The bed is comfortable. The building is relatively quiet. it is about a 20 minute walk to the art museum and 30 minutes to the Château Frontenac. There is a lovely roof deck and an exercise room that you have access to. The host, Ginette, was very good with communication, responding rapidly to my questions. The only issues, which were entirely out of control of the host, were that there was a lot of construction in the neighborhood, so it was somewhat difficult to navigate by car to and from the building and to walk in the area. Also, the fire alarm went off at 7 in the morning, forcing evacuation of the building, followed by the building water being shut off without notice for several hours, and when it was restored, there was no hot water for another couple of hours. The host responded promptly to all of my messages about this.

Had a wonderful stay in Guillaume’s apartment. Very clean and modern. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is great to Old Town Quebec. We got lucky with street parking while visiting Old Town. We appreciated the parking space for our car in Guillaume’s building. Guillaume is very responsive to any questions. Lots of great restaurants only a short walk from the apartment. Highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.

Had a great stay with parking available. It was about 20 minutes drive from Montmorency Falls and 35 minutes drive from Island of Orleans, easy to get onto the motorway. Apartment was clean and would highly recommend.

Waouh, excellente semaine passée dans cette maison moderne, très propre, avec un environnement calme, la maison était décorée pour Noël avec beaucoup de goût...tout était parfait. Etienne et Sylvie ont tout fait pour bien nous accueillir et que nous sentions comme chez nous et ont répondu quand nous avions des interrogations. Le quartier est très calme et reposant. Le chat Lucy est très gentille et adore la compagnie.

Le logement est très bien aménagé et décoré avec soin : on se sent bien au chaud. La pièce de vie est très spacieuse. Tout est très fonctionnel et pratique. L'endroit est idéalement situé, surtout si vous souhaitez faire de ski au Mont Saint Anne (5 min en voiture). De plus Ian est hôte ultra réactif et très arrangeant : il a répondu à toutes nos sollicitations en quelques minutes. Un bel endroit que je recommande !

Bright, sunny and very tidy house close to the river. We had everything we need, kitchen is fully equipped, it was important for us to cook at home. We had a lot of fun with jacuzzi in backyard and enjoying fireplace during chilly evenings. 3 min ride are big grocery, pharmacy, bank and coffee shop. Neighborhood is amazing: green and quiet. We did barbecue in sunny terrace. Hosts are great. Replied immediately to all our requests. And it was sooo sweet from them to provided us with little welcome gifts. For sure will come back next year. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at the house. The house had space for our party of 5 people, and had enough amenities for the group. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly when we met in person.

Great experience! We didn't spend much time at the house but our time there was pleasan - easy communication, simple check-in and SUPER clean. Short drive to the city and the airport. Would stay again.

Fantastic location — just a short walk from Le Grand Marché and the Centre Vidéotron, with a supermarket conveniently nearby and easy access to public transportation. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Québec City. My husband and three children (ages 13, 12, and 9), stayed at Madeleine's beautiful, well appointed home for a week this July. Believe me when I say that the pictures don't do Madeleine's house justice. It's a beautiful house with every amenity you might wish for. My children enjoyed the large, clean, lovely pool. Madeleine was an immensely gracious, attentive, and responsive host. The suburban neighborhood was peaceful, private, and a reasonable drive from vieux Quebec. We would love to return next time we visit Quebec.
