Cet atelier d’artiste est situé tout en haut de la Tour Rose, au 4ème étage sans ascenseur de l’immeuble renaissance le plus célèbre du vieux Lyon. Il se compose d’un petit salon, d’une salle de bain et d’une chambre en mezzanine, surface 13 m2, hauteur sous plafond 3,70m. L’atelier offre une vue à 360 degrés sur les toits du vieux Lyon, la cathédrale St Jean Baptiste et la colline de Fourvière. Ici une peintre a travaillé pendant 25 ans, c’est un lieu idéal pour rêver, écrire, s’isoler à deux.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Emplacement idéal, cet appartement de 46 m2 est situé au cœur de Lyon, dans le quartier historique et vous y serez au calme. Refait à neuf, il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Magnifique petit appartement de 45 m2, lit de 160, cafetière Smeg café filtre, grand téléviseur tout confort au plein coeur du quartier Saint Jean avec vue sur Fourvière et en face la cour des loges. Je suis très fière de pouvoir le mettre à votre disposition car vous passerez un super séjour, je pense! Alors à bientôt! Sachez que nous avons mis en place un nettoyage approfondi de tous les points de contact en plus du ménage soigneux de l'appartement conjugué à une arrivée autonome.
