Beatrice's place is located in the safe and quiet neighborhood of Livingstone not far from the CBD. She has all the back up for electricity during load shedding currently going on in Zambia and i found her place convenient any time of the day. Would definitely go back

The only Problem was that you cant find the Mandela Road, where Steve‘s house is on Google maps… haha… but we finally made it! His sister and all the people at the house were wonderfull and the house was providing everything it need! A perfect stay for people who still can survive with just a few vents and a good mood! And mind. Cant wait to come back!

we arrived earlier we were picked up from town before check in absolutely amazing to access are room. Service was excellent very friendly great location. very short walk into Victoria Falls city center and surrounding areas very nice and friendly people. Close to all the amenities. Philani has there own booking service to go on various tours great service and friendly staff.

Do yourself a favor and book with Lesley-Anne. I felt like I was adopted into a wonderful family. The room was amazing. Sitting room with fridge, coffee and tea. Large bedroom with large comfortable bed. Large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great a/c.and delicious breakfast. It was perfect. Lesley can book all your activities and transfers. Best Airbnb I ever stayed at.

Amazing place close to all activities. Pictures do not do justice to it. Stayed for a few days with my family and we loved the place. We will definitely come back

The room is very large and very clean!The host was very nice!The location is not far from the main street and you can take the bus directly ~ It's great that we can check in early ~

We had a comfortable stay at Mwila's house, even though we were out and about at the falls and doing safaris most of the time. We appreciated finding coffee, tea and sugar stocked up, and back up power when utility power was out. Oswald welcomed us with great friendliness and was very helpful.

Our stay was excellent. The two-bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is modern, well decorated with updated appliances such as microwave, washing machine and new refrigerator. The internet was excellent, and this townhouse has stacked electricity so that there are outlets that will work even if the general electricity does not. This is very important in Livingstone where there are often electric outages. The townhouse is situated in a quiet part of Livingstone in a compound with a small swimming pool. Livingstone has two kinds of accommodations: one is the very expensive fancy hotels that can be easily $250 a night; or less fancy hotels that have various issues that can make your stay not so pleasant. This townhouse is a third option in that it is around the price per day of the mediocre hotels in the area, but it much nicer. Carol, the manager/maid, cleans the house and replaces towels every day and changes sheets every third day. It is like a nice hotel with cooking facilities.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Livingstone and stay at Gloria’s. Our unit was exactly as the pictures showed and was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful, our breakfast was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and would highly recommend staying here. The only issue we ran into was on Maps - make sure you go to Gloria’s Bed & Breakfast, not the address listed. Other than that we had 0 issues! The stay is quiet and about a 15-30 minute walk to the main road, however, it was exactly what we wanted.

The apartment was new and well kept. The host was quite helpful. Lot of works happening in the yard including putting up a swimming pool. Rooms were neat and apartments have a solar back up.

Betty is an excellent host and the staff who service and keep the Airbnb apartment secure and clean were also excellent and responsive.

Grace Neo’s place was excellent. It has nice and clean furniture. There is also backup power which helps during load shedding. There is nice showers designs, all rooms and living room have aircons. There was enough parking space. The place was excellent for me and my family

Abassi and his younger brother Shama were very welcoming and I felt right at home words can’t even describe the whole experience and I appreciate them a lot. I’d highly recommend them for an amazing time in Livingstone.

We loved our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, and clean accommodation. Great location near the Falls and town centre - just a 5min drive away. Would definitely come back!
