staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. Valentina was a great and flexible host. We are very happy with the apartment and it was beyond our expectations. Stylishly decorated and pleasant. The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.

Carmela is a great host. Even with a late night inquiry, she came to welcome me in person, deliver the keys and explain everything! The private garage parking, exudes security, and the elevator to the apt made the move-in a breeze... Also The apt ws beautiful!!!!! Super Comfortable... I really appreciate her allowing me to enjoy her space.. Definitely returning the next time I am in town..

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

We were in Abruzzo for the first time and couldn't have been better. Monica's place is so beautiful and tasteful, we felt very comfortable inside and outside on the terraces. And especially Monica, such a dear and helpful person, without ever being intrusive. Thanks Monica, we felt at home right from the start. The location is absolutely quiet and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the terrace. And when it was too cold, it was also very cozy inside. Cooking in the beautiful kitchen was also really fun. Very good ingredients and even fresh fish are available, for example, in Tigre, which was "our" supermarket. This is one of the three very close by. We saw a wide variety of landscapes and towns within a week. Next time, and yes, there is guaranteed to be a next time, we will come a little earlier in the year as it was already low season.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!
