Villa vacation rentals in Vico Equense

This place is amazing! The pictures online are accurate. The views from the multiple balconies are unbelievable and the terrace that overlooks the bay and Mt. Vesuvius is incredible. It was like a little haven away from the busy streets of Sorrento yet still in town. The location is great because everything is walkable and all our tours picked us up across the street at a bus stop. The home is a true Italian villa complete with a lemon grove that we were free to pick. We made homemade lemonade. There were chickens on the property and we were told we could gather the eggs every morning for breakfast. The chickens are quiet and you wouldn’t know they’re even there. The property is very clean, the home is spacious and beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Fabiana was our contact person and very helpful with airport transfers and anything else we needed. I didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back here again. There was nothing negative about it.

After a busy week at other locations this was the perfect place to end our vacation. When we arrived I told my husband this was the Italy I had been dreaming of. A peaceful, beautiful, small villa. We spent time in the small village, enjoying wonderful food and lots of time just relaxing by the pool. We went in a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which we enjoyed but I couldn’t wait to get back to our villa and just enjoy the beauty and peace. The only negative was the neighbor’s barking dogs at night.

Book this home! Amazing hospitality and home! Greeted by Enzo and Saverio’s parents, who provided homemade wine, fresh fruit, and homemade pie! We arrived late in the evening after a delayed flight and, to our surprise, Saverio’s mother made us a homemade pizza. The airline lost my mother’s luggage and Saverio’s mother also gave her clothes to borrow! His father even drove us to the market the next morning. Home was large, incredibly clean, comfortable, and very-well stocked, including detergents, shampoo, spices, coffee, etc. Fantastic location. No car, so Saverio booked us a private transfer to Amalfi 25 mins(€10 per person) on Sunday and took the Furore bus and ferry to Positano 1 hour (€3pp local bus to Amalfi plus €10pp 25 min ferry), which was a nice ride. You could also take the regular bus. Yes, lots of stairs, but it is pleasant if you take your time and try to enjoy it along the way. Private boat charter with Saverio’s fleet is a must - Manuel was a wonderful captain. Book

Donatella was a wonderful host. She made our large family group feel right at home. The property is beautiful, the grounds, the pool, the views of Mt. Vesuvius and Bay of Naples, the little village of Seiano/Vico Equense were all amazing. Short train ride to Sorrento with many options for dining, shopping and ferries to Amalfi coast and Capri. Memories for a lifetime.

We stayed two families and our granddad at Mamma Mia and it was an absolute joy. The Feeling Italy team was great and getting the booking done and they helped set up activities for us. The host - Antonella and her team - were truly amazing. They made us feel at home immediately and were extremely helpful throughout the stay. We had s pizza party that they organized and it was probably the best pizzas we’ve ever had. The kids loved it. I can’t recommend this villa enough.

We met Elvira at the gate, she was extremely accommodating and friendly. I don't know if its was the location or the timing but this place was amazing. Overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Mt Vesuvius. Got to enjoy a food festival with delicious foods a few blocks away and the Feast Day of St. Anthony of Padua which displayed fireworks right at our balcony. It is a perfect spacious Italian vacation home with everything you need. It does not have a coffee maker but does have a Moka Pot, and now I know, that is way better!! The roads and garage are tight but anyone who drives in Italy knows this and chooses the smallest vehicle possible. What an incredible experience!! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!!

A very beautiful place perfect for our family of 4 with two adult daughters. The location was great when traveling by ferry, as it is at the base of Positano just above the beach. It made traveling to Capri, for a day trip, very easy to access the ferry. The highlight was definitely the patio! Not sure how many other rentals have a large patio like this one! We loved having our morning coffee with the beautiful views, and 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the small grocery store (The Wine Shop, a 2 minute walk - with everything you need, and a wonderful staff!) and bought fresh produce, meats and cheese and had dinners on the patio, using the beautiful ceramic dishes! We ran out of coffee pods and the hosts hand delivered them to our door! This airbnb was a splurge (everything is expensive in Positano) during our travels in Italy, but worth it!

Villa Isabella was an absolute dream. The location alone is worth five stars—right on the water with breathtaking views every single morning. You wake up to the sound of waves and go to sleep under the stars reflected on the sea. It truly feels like a slice of heaven tucked into the best corner of Italy. The villa itself is beautifully maintained—clean, stylish, and full of charm. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy linens to the shaded patio where we spent long, lazy afternoons watching boats drift by. The town is just a short walk away, and it’s packed with amazing food, friendly locals, and that perfect small-town Italian vibe. We felt like we got the best of both worlds: privacy and serenity at the villa, and culture and connection in town. This was easily one of the best stays we’ve ever had. If you’re considering it—just book it. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely a wonderful week in a beautiful villa! Giuseppe and Chiara are friendly, responsive hosts. Great location. Literally minutes to everything! Would recommend to anyone visiting Positano.

First..the property was absolutely breathtaking, not going to lie, there are many steps getting to the villa but worth it…the whole town is full of steps but the small town of 600 is charming. Miriam and Francesca were wonderful hosts, always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

If you are thinking about booking this place - DO IT! I do not have the words to do justice to this accommodation. Davide (the on site host) was very communicative leading up to our visit with clear instructions and a warm introduction. He met us outside and gave us a tour of our residence with helpful hints while also answering any questions we had. He was so welcoming and wonderful! The views from multiple balconies are absolutely breathtaking, the decor is so special and unique, and the place was SPOTLESS. There are many steps throughout Positano, so steps are to be expected, but this location was perfect for us. The bus stop, local grocery store, and a cafe are a 1 minute walk. Throughout the entirety of our stay, we were remarking on how lucky we were to secure this place. I cannot imagine a better place in all of the absolutely beautiful town of Positano.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Barone. Plenty of room for our family of 7. The outdoor area was relaxing and spacious for our 3 year old to run and play. We loved having the entire home to ourselves. The hosts provided coffee and an array of snacks for us to enjoy during our stay. They were gracious, generous with their information and very responsive to our inquiries and needs. The walk to town is not far but one must be cautious as the roads are narrow with little room to walk, and the cars and motor bikes are many. We managed surprisingly well with a stroller and a little extra caution. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Sorrento in the future! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

This is a beautiful home - Assunta was there to meet us and give us a tour and her pride of ownership is very obvious. It was truly spotlessly clean. All rooms are generously sized and the beds were comfortable. The outside space is spectacular! In addition to the large patio there is an adjoining garden with beautiful roses and other flowers and lemon trees. It is an easy walk down to the main beach and marina, and there are many coffee shops, restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend Villa Ortensia!

Truly beautiful and very homely. Even though we arrived much later than planned, Luca and Carlo were very understanding. Gorgeous pool, lots of useful items to make our stay easy, such as beach towels and coffee. Definitely call into the supermarket on the way. We went to Grand été near Pompeii which was ideal. The mountain pass on the way to the house is pretty hairy but the remote setting for the house is breathtaking. We also enjoyed the meatball festival during our holidays. Big thanks to both Luca and Carlo.

The pictures don't do this home justice. The host was very nice and met us at the house. Traffic getting to the home delayed us more than an hour but Olimpia and her husband met us at the home with a smile. They walked us through the home and showed us everything as well as gave us suggestions for multiple places to eat and people to use for sightseeing. This place was so lovely that a few of my family members decided to take a zero day and did not leave the house for some much-needed rest from our 2-week race through Italy. Even the second day was a struggle to meet the boat for our trip to Capri. This was a place that was hard to leave on our final day. You will be a 15-minute car ride from Sorrento, which wasn't a problem as we had a car. There is also a bus stop nearby. The home had a private parking spot behind a remote-controlled gate. The views were amazing. The privacy was spectacular after being in wall-to-wall crowds for a few weeks. Everything in the home worked perfectly.

When I say these hosts went above and beyond they really did. They could not have been more helpful and supportive. Communication was the best we have ever had and nothing was too much for them. We ended up with one of our party quite ill and Mara was there throughout accompanying us to the hospital and helping with translation. A beautiful place and truly amazing people who will look after you throughout. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Spectacular views that are even better than the photos. The apartment is not large but is functional. The star is the terrace, which is huge and has jaw dropping views of Positano and the coast. After a long day of some of the greatest hiking I’ve ever experienced my wife and I would relax in the hot tub with an Aperol spritz while staring out to sea. Simply incredible. The two nearby restaurants were excellent. The next closest was a 25 minute walk towards monterpertuso and was also good. As others noted, you need to be mobile to stay in Nocelle. We love to hike and we loved it here. The Path of the Gods was amazing until it got crowded but then we went and did other higher trails that were also amazing. Nocelle is much much quieter than Positano and was perfect for us but you need to want that. An inexpensive bus takes you down to Positano, as will 1700 steps. We took the bus down and walked the steps up. I wouldn’t do that again A great place in a wondrous location

Schöne ruhige Umgebung. Schöne gepflegte und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Man kann morgens direkt zum wach werden kurz in den Pool hüpfen. Man hat seine Ruhe, Pasquale konnte aber jede Frage im Messenger beantworten und war sehr hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Unser Tipp leiht euch einen Scooter und erkundet die Gegend so. Autofahren ist langwierig und stressig.

Alberto’s place is absolutely gorgeous. A convenient location and such a lovely property, that despite being so well-situated, we stayed in quite a few nights and made use of the jacuzzi and BBQ. Alberto was a friendly host and turned up on our 2nd morning with fresh pastries and 2 more sets of keys without us even having to ask for them. We would highly recommend this airbnb and will hopefully be back in the future. Thanks again Alberto

We had an amazing stay at Giancarlos! We felt so welcomed and at home whilst being so far away! Giancarlo was a really great host. The street that was walking distance was the most wholesome local place. We felt very welcomed and safe in the local town. Would 100% stay again. Fantastic spot for exploring the Amalfi coast!

Alessandro is the perfect host and gentleman, he is passionate about his property and it’s reflected in the quality of the build and stay. The place is magical, sunsets and clean are amazing
