Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Vicksburg

I stayed here with my parents for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect, beautiful home with lots of space and great backyard for my dog. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. If we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying here for sure. 10/10 recommend.

Corey has a lovely home and did great at communications. The home had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms especially the upstairs was great. He has done some updates to the home. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. The location was good, walkable historic trail and the murals are beautiful to look at. The Vicksburg National Military Park was outstanding. The neighbor does have a dog that barks often, no fault of our host but it does make it hard to sleep at times.

We will definitely be back. Eagle Lake is one of our favorite places to visit and this is definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed there!

We had a gathering of 3 families with lots of young children. The home is roomy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we wanted (even baby gates and a great assortment of toys and activities for outdoors and indoors). Plenty of bathrooms and beds, private areas and gathering areas. 2 refrigerators, and did i mention lots of room? The lake is beautiful and quite a few fish were caught. The hosts have done a fabulous job with this home.

Definitely gonna have to come back when it’s not work related. Host were very proactive and always responsive. Definitely recommend if you are in the area or just looking for a family getaway and look to do some fishing.

This was a last minute booking as we were on our way to Florida via California. And I can say that I'm so happy we stopped and found this amazing gem of a place. The photos didn't do it justice! We felt right at home immediately. Great weather added to the ability to spent a lot of time in the courtyard soaking up the sun. The house was immaculate and has so much history. The beds were super comfy, the space was perfect to stretch out in. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful place and very clean. And the hosts, Daisy and Steven were the best hosts we have ever run across.

This was a really cozy spot for my family to celebrate Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living/dining room. It’s a big place and the outdoor space is spacious as well. The sunsets are beautiful. We will consider coming back for sure.

Beautiful cabin on the river. Old timey feel with modern amenities. Host was very easy to deal With. It fit our needs perfectly. Very comfortable and unique place. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. This is a wonderful apartment in the historic district of Vicksburg, within walking distance of museums, restaurants, coffee shops and shops. It is only two miles from the National Military Park. There is an on-site manager who is quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place for a Vicksburg visit.

Clean, safe place if you are ever visiting Vicksburg! Great location, super close to downtown and only a few minutes away from Vicksburg battlefield. Daisy and Steven were so nice and gave us great restaurant recommendations since it was our first time! The property is old but beautiful and well kept up with. Perfect stay if you love historic homes. The hosts always responded within a few minutes and were wonderful.

This place was perfect for our weekend plans. Great location close to the historical district. Dinner at Rusty’s was a treat!

This was our first trip with our pups and we needed a quiet place away from foot traffic. This place is near downtown and the grounds were lovely. When renovating, some structural components were left intact, contributing to the charm of the place. The brick sidewalks are aesthetically pleasing but might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The cottages are located by the train tracks and we liked that after the initial train went through - a bit surprising how the sound carried. It’s a neighborhood with a mixture of renovated historical mansions and houses needing renovation, all which we found interesting.

The accommodations were beautiful and the area was peaceful and quite. The surrounding grounds were gorgeous. I travel this route frequently and I plan on staying here again.

Stopped at Sheryl’s as an overnight stop on a road trip. Was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s incredibly private surrounded by trees making it super peaceful. Big area for our dogs to stretch their legs after long day in the car.

This was a wonderful stay. Very private and easy to find. Quiet location, a great getaway! The stairs are a little steep, but overall it’s a wonderfully designed cabin with everything you need. Will stay again anytime we are out that way.
