Beautiful location, well equipped, excellent views. We enjoyed our time at Amado's and will return.

Filipe's Airbnb was as described in the listing. Communication was quick at all times. Benedita was at the apartment waiting for us upon arrival from the train station. ( We very much appreciate the hostess greeting us in person ). The location is directly on the riverfront which can be seen from the apartment. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment was clean, very functional and comfortable. Viana do Castelo was a very pleasant surprise for us. Many things to do and see in this safe and clean city. We highly recommend this Airbnb and also visiting Viana do Castelo.

2nd stay in this beautiful apartment and certainly not the last!! The view is always as spectacular under the sun as we had all week. The apartment is still very clean and quiet. We don't get tired of it…. Excellent communication with Gereviana, very responsive. Thank You Marie Hélène

I had a lovely stay, the apartment is very nice, very clean, very well located close to the beach, parking facing the window. Mrs. Paula is very efficient, I recommend it 100%.

Alexandre and Daniela's apartment is very comfortable. It was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, there is air-conditioning in all the rooms so we didn't feel cold. The location is very good, close to everything but quiet at the same time. We especially liked the river views.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything was working perfectly, including the elevator. The check-in with Maria was easy. She met us at the door and guided us through the details. The communication was very good. The apartment is in an excellent location with A lovely view of the estuary and only a short walk to an old town plaza which had many cafes, bars, and restaurants. All in all, our stay was delightful and I can heartily recommend this location.

wonderful and spacious , we felt very comfortable. Even our 10 yo with autism loved the place. lovely view of the ocean and sunset from the third floor which is a bonus . The living room futon was also comfortable to sleep on . lots of pots and pans and dishes to use for cooking as well as some spices and oils which was super helpful for cooking.

The place was clean, superbly equipped and perfectly within walking distance. The accommodation was made special by the friendly, very personable and accommodating owner. He is flexible, quick to reach and is available to advise on all questions. Great that we found this place! :)

Great for a family, we had a wonderful weekend. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms, never a wait even with many adults getting ready! Beautiful view of the river, bridges, landscape of the area. Super convenient with good restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. Would love to stay here again on our next vacation to Gerês.

I was in the house of Mr. Júlio and I am allowed to say it is simply beautiful! The atmosphere is super quiet, with a breathtaking view. The house is all equipped, with all the utensils you may need. The fireplace warms the whole house very well, and also has air conditioning to ensure comfort at any time of the year. Mr. Julio was a very friendly and welcoming host. I recommend this house 100% to everyone! A quiet, spacious and comfortable place. Definitely a wonderful experience!

Spacious, cozy, comfy, clean, well-equipped gem up in the hills. Loved staring out the big window, barbecuing in the back and lazying by the pool. The kids loved the cabin with music and games. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the house.

We spent four days in Carlos's space and they were the best! The space was impeccable, it is super well located and Carlos always responded very fast and productive. The view from the house is wonderful and the space very quiet. 10 stars

We have had such a fantastic time at Ocean house. Such a great location, plenty of things to do within walking distance, beautiful beach. The house is in great condition and very clean and very well equipped. Marta was very helpful and responsive. We will be returning !

Extremely pleasant, modern and cozy space. Perfect for a vacation with friends, and in the summer with the pool it must be even more amazing.

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!

Great location 10min walk from beach. 5 min away there's a ferry across the Lima river to North side of Viana and goes every half hour up to 1am . Access to a lovely pool. Would highly recommend!!

First of all Victoria and Luis have been the perfect hosts. Super friendly and helpful and always there when we had a question. The apartment is very clean with all amenities you need and perfectly located in best proximity to the wonderful Cabadelo beach. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset after a day at the beach overlooking the pine trees and the rivermouth. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back for sure!!! We had a wonderful time The apartment matched the pictures and great views from the balcony. The communication with Laura is good and was quick to respond. It is a nice small village with a good train connection to several villages. In the village of Caminha, you can take a water taxi over the river Mino to Spain. Restaurants, supermarket are within walking distance. At the beginning of September there was a village party with a fair at the door for 3 days. Very cozy, you could see parades from the balcony in no time. I would recommend the apartment and the place Vila Praia de Ancora to anyone.
