Super clean and well-appointed accommodation, super nice garden and well fenced for small dogs, very nice small touches and very responsive and attentive host, all shops are within walking distance, frankly very nice little house to spend a few days, delighted with our stay

Great place to stay when visiting HEC and great alternative to the Best Western Hotel - 10 min walk. Extremely easy check in and the place has radiant natural light all around. Really enjoyed the stay.

Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

we stayed 2 families with kids in the house. the place is great for the kids to play. there was plenty of space for the 2 families. the place was really tidy and clean. there is anything you can think off of at the house. you feel like at your own home when you are in there. Jane is a great host. she was really helpful and considerate at all times. we will try to come back soon.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is well furnished. It is located in a quiet area. We enjoyed the view, enjoyed the sunset and the garden terrace.

A great place with nice volumes and very nice decoration. We were a group of 9 adults and we were quite comfortable. The accommodation is very well appointed with all the comforts. In addition, Mariame is very available. A very good stay and a place to recommend.

We had a lovely stay Friday to Sunday at François apartment. We only really used the apartment as a base to explore Paris and for somewhere to sleep, the apartment was clean and well equipped and had good local transport links. It takes about 30-40mins to get into central paris by bus. Bus 72 will take you right by the Eiffel tower and bus 52 takes you to Arc de Triomphe. François was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. Thank you François

We had a great stay in Rouen. We wanted to explore the city with a 3 year old child. The place is big and convenient, it has all amenities. It has quite a few big windows to let some. fresh air in and had some useful roller blinds. The beds were comfy. We cooked our dinner here and has all that you need. Fulgence was a polite and helpful host, which we appreciated!

lovely flat with a great host. Only issue is it's further to get into town than it would appear as Metro takes minimum 2 lines to get into town for about 40- 50mins and ubers are around slightly shorter at an average of 20-25 euros per journey

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Very cozy small place. Exactly as you see in pictures. Perfect for a few days in town. With supermarket, bakery shop and bus stop 5min walking in a very quiet and super safe neighborhood. Nathalie was amazing, always responsive and very helpful. A place to recommend!

A perfect stay in this apartment in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything is as described. The host is very responsive. The city center of Rouen is directly accessible in about twenty minutes on foot, perfect for enjoying this beautiful city. I had a great time there.

Well appointed accommodation with all the necessities at your disposal. Comfortable bed. Very large windows bring a beautiful brightness. Easy street parking. The directions provided are very clear and easy to follow. Value is fair. Our host was very responsive during our stay.

I wasn't sure about being so far from the center of Paris, but this location ended up being perfect. It was such a peaceful and quiet distance from the throngs of people in Paris. It was also clean and felt very safe. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop and 10 minute ride to the train station got us into Paris decently quick. The apartment was great and well stocked. God bless our hosts for stocking plenty of coffee for guests. The beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the electric blackout shades. Lastly, I want to add that the estimated check-in time we gave the property manager changed multiple times due to a long drive and traffic. Thierry was very accommodating and responsive. This was also the case with our checkout process, which was equally as chaotic after our son had a gluten exposure. We would absolutely stay here again.

I had a short stay at Damien's for work. Damien was very welcoming and gave very good advice. The accommodation was very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils, coffee, oil, salt etc. and even several troubleshooting products in the bathroom which shows Damien's attention to welcoming hosts! I particularly appreciated the private parking space, the comfort of the bed and the accessibility of the apartment by the elevator. Will definitely be back, and with pleasure!
