There is a fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is settled separately at DKK 4 per kw. Water is charged at DKK 75 per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. Cozy holiday home of 70 sqm on 2 floors for rent in the middle of Himmerland Golf Resort with parking just outside the house. The home can accommodate 6 people and is located in the area called "Slangen" which is within walking distance via the trail system to Himmerland Golf and Spa Resort. The house has been renovated and looks very cozy and well furnished. On each side of the house, there are secluded terraces, where there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun all day. Af aktiviteter kan der nævnes: svømmehal, Padel, minigolf, fitnesscenter,bowling, tennis, stor kunststofbane, 2 x 18 hullers golfbaner og Academy bane. Derudover er der en fin sø med badebro og sauna - også i gåafstand, hvor man kan bade året rundt. I centret er der lækker spa og dejlige behandlinger.
