Great location, insurance, great supermarket access and everything that's convenient. The apartment is quiet, the bed super comfy and the shower, relaxing and with great water flow. The kitchen items are great and it was excellent for having a water filter and coffee! Adorei! I have allergic rhinitis and the apartment was super clean. I was super well for four days. I recommend it! Communication was excellent as well. I will definitely be staying in this apartment again.

Great hosting to get to know the center of Belo Horizonte, close to the central market, new market and very close to the bus station. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen and bedroom utensils.

Everything was great from the beginning! The instructions given by Ana for check-in were accurate, it was easy to find. Check-in is by electronic lock, which makes it much easier, as there is time flexibility. The apartment has a very beautiful view, especially at night, and from the common area of the condominium it is possible to see the illuminated MRV Arena, which is spectacular. On site, everything matched the descriptions perfectly, clean environment, fragrant and with the availability of basic items. Something I particularly liked was the presence of a water filter. For those who do not drink water directly from the tap, the water filter is essential, something I missed in another accommodation when I went to RJ, but that Ana got right by putting it in this one. The bakery near the place, suggested by Ana, is great! Although the apartment is very close to an expressway in the city (on the side), it doesn't bother at all, the traffic of vehicles doesn't bother, not even at night. Excellent!

The apartment is very well maintained, everything is new and very clean. I only used the double room, which is a spacious room with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom is also great, with a very nice shower. In addition, Leonidas is a great host, super kind and responds very quickly. Check-in is simple and the apartment's location is excellent. A 3-minute walk to Mercado Novo, a few blocks from Mercado Central and, if you're up for it, you can walk to Savassi too. I REALLY enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this Airbnb again.

Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!
