We were not very proud to have registered late the day before our arrival... This was no problem for Emmanuelle and Philippe: they welcomed us with a big smile and words of great kindness (... not to mention the generous April sunshine they had summoned!) What a nice gîte! Simple, functional and very quiet, near a valley and in the middle of a network of fortified churches, each more captivating than the last. What is impressive about Emmanuelle and Philippe is their passion for the land; with a shovel and a wheelbarrow to prepare new beds, with the transplanter to transplant a plant, or with their bare hands to weed, they are on the job! What is even more so is the time they take to interact with their "boarders": the taste of the land and the taste of the interaction. Great! Thank you both for all your kindness!

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Isa's hospitality in her pretty farmhouse. My kids really enjoyed being able to visit and feed the cows and calves freely. The house is very comfortable and the surrounding area is gorgeous. We would like to come back here.

The Mirabelle house

No need to look further the Mirabelle house in the process of being complementary to allow you to rest outside when the weather permits there is everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a good wood fire for evenings or even days. the house is quiet by a road but with traffic reduced during the day and zero or almost zero at night . The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the fortified churches of Thiérache are really worth a stop to visit. Thank you so much Yann and very happy to have met you there. If we come back to the sector, our search will be done very quickly. Happy hosting and thank you again Alain Evelyne and Cracotte

Home was exactly as described and as shown in pictures. Pristine clean and spotless all around. Hot tub was great and totally private. It was all set up before we came - there were bathrobes as well for us to use. Julien was prompt in answering everything. It’s a really great place. A small grocery store is 2mins walk where you can get most things. There’s an also a car park 1 min walk from home - we parked there during the stay.

We stayed there for a weekend with our baby, it was exotic and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed. Bedding and hot tub are top notch. The greenway next to the cottage is perfect for small walks or longer hiking departure. The cottage is well equipped for the most part. We recommend for a relaxing and change of scenery.

What a very nice house. We enjoyed it. Really very good If I have to come up with an improvement, I say sun loungers for when the weather is very nice. But all in all, there were plenty of seats. Nothing else to change We will definitely come back Lovely quiet area

A lovely place to discover the surroundings. The Gite is small but equipped with every comfort. Gilles is a host who really pays attention to everything and hospitality is a priority. The area is not touristy and especially suitable for peace seekers and nature lovers: wonderful hiking area. We had a wonderful week.

I had a great stay. I found a local farm shop that had amazing cheese well worth a visit. The internet is very quick and great for work purposes. I had a trailer on my car and had plenty of space to park. I will be back.
