We were in this apartment for the first time (usually we rent the one next door). Very nice, well-equipped apartment with everything you need, very comfortable bed and relatively comfortable sofa bed as well. Ideal for a family of 4 (2 children). Very clean apartment, beautiful terrace with enclosed garden (ideal for children) and sun in the evening. Only small "criticism" is that there is no BBQ or Plancha, but it's just a detail! Very good communication, Fanny is very accessible at all times and everything is very clear. Recommended without hesitation. See you soon!

Beautiful accommodation, exactly as described. High-quality materials and amenities. Very quiet location, but Troyes can be reached quickly and easily. Nearest supermarket from the property 14 minutes by car. The pool is of course the absolute highlight: warm, clean and absolutely stylish. That was the best thing for everyone on vacation! Thank you to our hosts and are now dreaming of such a life in France on our way home.

Very nice cottage, located close to the lake, the beach, the road bike, many hiking trails, with a very pleasant garden and terrace. Bikes for rent are available on-site for walks. In addition, Olivier is very responsive, attentive, welcoming and ready to give all the information you need to offer a very pleasant stay. We had a great week. 1 inconvenience to know but that goes with all the advantages mentioned previously, the wooden staircase which is noisy when you use it, a little inconvenient at night...

Perfectly located house, we came to visit Nigloland Park which is a 15-minute drive away. We were also able to enjoy a walk to the nautical base which is a 5-minute drive away. The place is as described, with 8 of us we weren't cramped. The house was very clean, access was very simple, space to park and the environment very quiet. Laurence is responsive to the message, thank you.

Sophie's house is lovely. It is ideal for a family, very well located at the gates of Troyes, 1 min from shops and 5 min from factory outlets. It is practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is also nice and the terrace allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside. Board games, ping pong, billiards, ball… the kids had a good time. Sophie is a welcoming and responsive host. We really enjoyed our week, which was relaxing. Thanks Sophie, we'll be back with pleasure!

The stay at Audrey and Raoul's was a great success. We were able to enjoy a very clean apartment with a large living room to gather the people present. A very recent property, very well arranged, modern, we recommend it without so much as a second thought!

An excellent stay in a comfortable house and beautiful surroundings! My friends and I stayed in this beautiful home for 3 days. The house is very nice, spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and amenities and offers private spaces for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped (appliances, utensils and dishes). The 3 bedrooms each have a shower/sink area, (for the master bedroom, a beautiful bathroom and shower as well as toilet) in addition to separate toilets. A beautiful swimming pool completes the whole, within a very large, well-maintained garden, and embellished with a river. The landscape remains beautiful in all weather. Our host was not only very efficient, but also very pleasant. Parking spaces in front of the house, in a closed enclosure, are a plus. Not to mention the small touches throughout the accommodation. In short, we'll be back!
