In the town of ETROCHEY in Côte d'Or, the Moulin sur la Seine, equipped with a wellness area with SPA and SAUNA open to nature, is ideally located 6 km from all shops. This mill, from the 18th century, is built on an arm of the Seine. Ground floor: Large equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms with fireplace and musical piano, bathroom and toilet. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
