Apartment vacation rentals in Vereda El Penasco

Vanessa’s apartment was just perfect for our stay in Colombia to visit our son and his fiancée. Our plane was repeatedly delayed because of storms and they allowed easy check-in, even from our son. Security at the apartment was unparalleled! We felt so safe there. Uber was easy and quick to respond, even with the short distance to Provenza. The apartment itself was clean and lovely, with gorgeous views of Medellin, with 2 wide balconies, and 2 additional Juliet balconies from the 2 bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay-washer/dryer, 3 smart tv’s and plenty of light in the apartment. The outside balcony tub and pool were a plus. Most of all, the communication with my host was rapid and always helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

First of all, Andrea is an excellent host. She was responsive, patient, and kind. Whatever you do, don't fidget with the smart lock (do not toggle the switch). I managed to lock myself out of the apartment thinking I understood how it worked, and Andrea handled it immediately, and was super kind about it. As for her apartment, it was as shown in the pictures. I enjoyed that it had separation of spaces. The AC works very well. I had all of the kitchen amenities I needed while there. It also felt private and safe. In the short time I was there, I was comfortable. The area has endless food options, is highly walkable and very safe. The stay was well worth the value.

Beautiful, secure, modern, clean, and great location along a pedestrian walkway filled with many lovely restaurants. A large balcony on the 2nd floor for viewing the action below and people watching. A combo washer/dryer was great to reduce what we packed. The indoor spa was great for relaxing. If you are a shopper, it's only a 10 minute walk to Columbia's largest mall, Viva Envigado. We were always able to hail a taxi within minutes. Also. within minutes we're small markets, a pharmacy, and bakeries. According to locals and fellow airbnbers, one of the best locations in Envigado. Alexandra was super responsive and even took the time to check in on us. We were very sad to leave!

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Medellín. The doormen were great and it felt very safe. Love the design, and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. There was a bit of construction noise from the adjacent lot, but the doors and windows are very sturdy so it wasn’t an issue. The amount of great restaurants / co-work spaces / coffee / bars within walking distance was excellent. Highly recommend.

This apartment has an excellent location in Poblado, Medellin, just a short ride from key attractions like Plaza Botero, the Museum of Antioquia, and Medellin's Botanical Gardens. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. While Medellin's hilly terrain means some uphill walking, it enhances the experience of exploring this vibrant city and enjoying its thriving culinary and nightlife scenes. The apartment is immaculate and ideal for couples. With friendly security, you can feel safe while being close to nightlife without the noise, and construction nearby posed no issues.

Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

Amazing place. Not only was it able to accommodate all 8 of us, but able to be comfortable and have guests over during the day as well. The security of the area and especially the hotel was very good where we did not have to be concerned about that at all. Additionally, the private roof top terrace with the hot tub, tv, bbq, seating area, shower and washroom. Uncomparable and an experience that is unbeatable especially with the ONE OF A KIND VIEWS! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for accommodating myself and my friends!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Maria’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Maria was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. She went out of her way to make sure I felt at home, and her local recommendations really helped me enjoy the area like a local. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I wanted to see. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Todo súper bien un lugar súper hermoso y amplio muy cerca de las zonas rosas de Medellín lo único que mejoraría para que lo tengan encuenta sería el jacuzzi tiene detalles que organizar para una mejor experiencia de resto todo súper bien

Tim was an outstanding host, very attentive to our needs. His place was most likely the best place I’ve ever stayed at, and the photos certainly do it justice. The hot tub is amazing as well as the view. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place more!

El apartamento es muy agradable y cómodo, perfecto para descansar y pasar una buena estadía. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del Centro Comercial Viva y con fácil acceso a avenidas principales que permiten moverse con facilidad a otras zonas de la ciudad. Todo estuvo en orden durante mi estancia. Muy recomendado.

This is a great, quiet location that is fully stocked for longer stays. Everyone on site was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfecto para reunión o fiestas, un lugar discreto y apropiado. Fui por mi cumpleaños con 3 amigas y la pasamos increíble. El lugar está súper equipado y los anfitriones súper atentos. Volveré!!!

wonderful host and apartment

I had a great stay! The unit was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated, just like the photos. It’s also in a great location—close to restaurants, shops, which made getting around super easy. I had no issues during my stay and really enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the space. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Maria's place is fantastic. The building is safe, with plenty of amenities, including a rooftop pool, 24 hour security and a bar / restaurant in the lobby. There's a Carulla super market super close by, and Provenza is also easily reachable by walking. Maria is a fantastic host. She was always super responsive, and also gave some excellent local recommendations for things to do, and places to eat. Fully recommend!
