Very attentive host. He always responded quickly and made the check-in and check-out times more flexible. Very clean and organized house. It has everything to make you feel at home. Clean bedding. The only two caveats are that the house has no window in the bathroom (only a small one, at the top that leads to the living room) which makes the bathtub a little hot, in addition to the toilet basin being in a slightly uncomfortable position, and that there is only one bathroom available, which makes it a bit complicated to go with many people. But in general it is an excellent lodging option in the Catimbau Valley.

We looked for other places, but none matched the comfort of the Manoel Tavares flats, this business, offering coffee, sugar, salt and water, was one of the differentials. We loved everything. The area is quiet, the neighborhood is close to everything. We were looking for tranquility, peace, mild temperature and away from the carnival revelry and we found all this. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience. I wanted to highlight how well I was received, the house is very organized, clean and beautiful. Joelma was an amazing person who helped me accomplish some tasks I needed to do in the city. I highly recommend it! What an amazing stay. Gratitude!!!
