The house is very nice, everything is very well cared for and very comfortable, it has incredible views. Anna was very attentive and has a super nice person in charge. The only thing is that the arrival is very difficult, it is not suitable for elderly people or people with any disabilities, you have to go down a gravel ramp and go up it to leave. Susana helps you with any problems, but it's a bit complicated

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Stefania was a great host! The villa is beautiful and well-kept, has the perfect spaces for a weekend with friends and the services they offer were the icing on the cake! Thanks so much, it was like being at home!

What can I say, absolutely lost for words. An absolutely stunning, gorgeous place nestled in the mountains. The view is breathtaking. The mountain air in the morning and evening fill up the villa. Beautiful is an understatement. The villa is absolutely wonderful, to sit outside and have dinner with the view of the mountains and lake was such a fantastic experience one that will always be remembered. What really also made the experience memorable for me was the wonderful community of Muslone. The friendly locals are so warm and kind, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. Enzo you were amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us. When we come back and stay again, it will now feel like visiting a second home.

The house is the perfect getaway for a city trip to Venice. It is in a very quiet street, has its own parking space in front of the door and the fenced garden is very safe for a dog or children. The house itself is comfortable, clean and complete. Each room has its own private air conditioning which was a blessing during our hot stay. Around the corner from the street stops every 12 minutes a tram that takes you directly to Piazzale Roma: ideal! In the direct surroundings, there are eateries, but also supermarkets. But unique about this stay is the host. Host Claudio is a true super host! He speaks both English and Italian, is incredibly friendly, accessible and helpful and is immediately there for you if you need anything. Upon arrival, be sure to ask him for tips because as an art and culture lover he knows how to tell you all the highlights of Venice. Claudio finds it very important that his guests lack nothing. Highly recommended!!

Michela's big house is perfect for family holidays or group of friends. It had three large bedrooms, sparkling clean bathrooms and a cozy cooking /dining / living room area. Michela was always very helpful and nice, gave us tips and was very accessible. 100% recommended!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

A beautiful vacation in a beautiful home! The house has been recently renovated, has 5 rooms all with new bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a magnificent lawn in front with a magnificent view. Camillo is a very kind and helpful host. Absolutely recommended!

It was great. An extraordinary location with great charme. The castle looks exactly like on the pictures and the view is lovely. It comfortably fits 8 people and the garden is huge. Ada is a great host, who responds right away and gives great recommendations. She lives next door with her dogs and is always available in case of questions. It was great!

The house is very nice, large and spacious, including all comforts. The home has a wonderful view. Mary was a super nice and helpful host for everything. We had a wonderful two days and will definitely be back!

Perfect spacious villa and pool with easy drive into verona or the surrounding valleys. Would definitely return. Extremely well equipped kitchen so cooking was a joy. However highly recommend the family restaurant in Verona.. all'Organetto.. Best meal of our trip

Elvio is more than a great host. He is friendly, helpful and has given a lot of insider tips. We could not have done some locations and excursion destinations. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures and everything you need is there. You can also use your bikes to drive about 8 minutes to a great bakery in the morning. The pool of the complex is about 50m from the house and very clean. In the house itself are also things like badminton, bocchia and other games. The garden and the house are located in a fantastic property. We were on site with a total of 4 adults and 2 infants. The outdoor grill also invites you to have a great meal. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower for particularly hot days. We highly recommend the house and Elvio as hosts and were certainly not with him the last time. You can reach Bardolino in about 5 minutes by car - the location is also great for other excursions. 5 star for this

Great place, althogh we were not lucky with the weather, we enjoyed our stay very much

Our family of 14, (including an 18month old) had a great stay. The house was lovely, as was expected from the photos. It has a great outside area, big communual spaces, very clean throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utilities for a large group of people. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome gift left by the hosts. bedore arrival and throughout our stay, they were communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. Much appreciated! We would say the house bed rooms are great for 14+ people but the communal areas couldn't fit so many so we really had to squeeze 14 people in to the dining table made for 10. We would have loved more seating in the living room as well as the sofas only had room for 6 people. We also had to be very watchful of the pool as the baby kept trying to go play in it and it didn't have a cover. All in, my family loved the place and we would recommend it for large groups. A big thanks to Manuela for taking great care of us!

We had a great stay!- Everything was super clean and well maintained. The hostess was very hospitable and helpful. Beautiful home with great amenities. The pool was a real highlight – clean, large and perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can only recommend it!

Andrea and Guendalina are great hosts!First of all, the area and home is beautiful, perfect for couples and families. The place is clean, brand new, and everything you might need can be found there. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. We received clear instructions in advance on how to get there. Furthermore, Andrea and Guendalina were super quick to respond if we needed them. We also got a lot of tips for what we could do in the area. Andrea & Guendalina, thank you, and who knows, see you soon!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.
