On the first floor ( but old steep staircase😉) you will find a cozy living room with kitchen. Here is also the staircase to the loft where the sleeping area is. You have access to a private kitchen with a ( simple) cooking facility. The shore is at 50 meters and you have a fantastic view on the beautiful illuminated church tower

There is a possibility to get from the house at the top of the city wall, where there is a small seating area. Private entrance and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, station Apeldoorn and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and bike rides.

Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.
