We rent out our guest house with its greenhouse, located in Nacka, close to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cottage is 30 sqm with sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. Sleeping loft with a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs, a sofa and a mattress with sleeping space for one person. Summer time there is possibility for hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, winter time for cross-country and ice skating in the area.

Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Why not take the SL boat from the Riset stop to Slussen or Strömkajen directly into Kungsträdgården/and then continue with the subway? 1500 meters away, there is a lovely restaurant by the ocean and a swimming area with a café by the lake. Search for Velamsundsbadet on Google Maps. Bus stop Risetvägen bus 421, 441 Bus from Slussen towards Orminge then change to the bus with Risetvägen or taxi last 5km 25min

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.
