Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation in nature reserves near Stockholm. We rent out our guest house located in Nacka with proximity to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cottage is 30 sqm with sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs there is a sofa and a mattress with sleeping space for one person each. Summer time there is possibility for hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, winter time for cross-country and ice skating in the area.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Cook your food over grill or hot plate. Total relaxation from everything else that has been important! Here you can fully recharge the batteries. Simple toilet and shower about 90 meters away. Only shower during the summer. Max space for 2 people.

This unique place has a style all its own that is something out of the ordinary. Wake up and take a morning swim on your own dock and then enjoy a good breakfast while you dip your toes in Insjön. Wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows & outdoor shower available on the dock Open the windows & sit down in the beautiful Lounge Chairs and just enjoy the view of the water. Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 15.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The sea cottage

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from the balcony or the dock. The cottage is about 40 square meters (430 square feet) and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent SUP for wonderful trips on the water.
