SFIDA Residence opremljena je WI-FI internetom, LCD televizorima, a sve prostorije su klimatizirane i posjeduju podno grijanje.

There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.
