NOTE: Toilet and bath can easily be arranged but are not in the home. Read recommendations The annex is located in the garden associated with villa. There is a sofa, internet, work table, and a delicious continental double bed, as well as a wardrobe. Outside the annex is a small patio with table and chairs. Remember, the price is low, which is related to the limited amenities. Annex is from 2021

Cozy townhouse in the middle of Aalborg, close to cafes, harbor environment and pedestrian streets, with the possibility of free parking. The house is originally from 1895, totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The home is on 2 floors and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The ground floor consists of a kitchen/living room, where there is the possibility of extra bedding. I hope you have a great time in Aalborg.

Spacious apartment with balcony

Welcome inside a bright and charming apartment with a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2023 and is therefore in the best condition. A central but quiet location, close to pedestrian streets, cafes and restaurants and where you can easily take a walk along Aalborg's beautiful waterfront. The apartment is less than a kilometer from Aalborg station, and good bus connections take you to the airport within 15 minutes. Look forward to feeling at home in our home.

Unique house with the city's best location

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.

2 bedroom with large balcony and views over Aalborg

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

Bright apartment with fjord view

Lovely 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, with a breathtaking view of the fjord! The apartment has a modern and stylish décor that makes you feel at home. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sun from 10 a.m. until sunset. As well as a fantastic view of the Limfjord Bridge, Utzons Center and Musikkens Hus. There is also access to a shared roof terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Limfjord. There is no TV.

Can be used for couples, singles or a small family of 3. There used to be a sofa bed, but this has now been replaced with a bed, so there is better comfort. Enjoy your vacation in this peaceful and centrally located small apartment with a nice balcony overlooking a green garden and quiet courtyard where you can park. Go to a concert in Musikkens hus, go shopping in Aalborg's fine streets or have a coffee or play ball in Østre Anlæg. You're close to everything. The apartment is small and well utilized and contains what you need and not much else.

Super cozy basement apartment!

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located area. It is 2 km to the city center. 250 m to the nearest supermarket, 100 m to the bus and green areas with forest. New kitchen and newer bathroom, with all appliances. There is a connected living room and bedroom, a small hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not part of the rental.
