The house is located in the charming community of Dalsjöfors, 15 minutes from Borås city center. The accommodation is newly renovated. 1 km to a beautiful lake where you can swim, fish & barbecue. Within walking distance (5 minutes) you will find an award-winning tapas restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store and bakery. In the community, there are also tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, bathhouses, a walking path around the lake with several barbecue areas. In the basement (older standard) there is an additional toilet, shower and washing machine. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price.

In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. Enjoy in this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails close to the plot. In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 5-10 min from Borås city center 5-10 min from Borås golf course 10-15 min from Borås Zoo 50 min from Liseberg 1 hour 10 minutes from Ullared. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.
